Bound Brook School District to officially open its Early Childhood Center on Sept. 2

Bound Brook, NJ – The Bound Brook School District will celebrate the grand opening of its new Early Childhood Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, September 2. The new center represents a significant development for the district's youngest learners, providing a dedicated space intended to support children and their learning, growth and overall well-being.

The Early Childhood Center at LaMonte/LaMonte Annex features five classrooms, along with dedicated indoor and outdoor learning spaces designed to create an engaging environment for early childhood education.

The theme of the ceremony is “A New Beginning — Where little learners begin big journeys.” The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony will include opening remarks from LaMonte/LaMonte Annex Principal Dr. Hernandez-Sicignano, Ed.D., followed by remarks from Dr. Alvin L. Freeman, Ed.D., superintendent of schools, and Richard Jannuzzi, president of the Bound Brook Board of Education.

The program also will recognize members of the Bound Brook Board of Education and the Early Childhood Center teaching team before the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Other district administration leaders will be in attendance as well.

Following the ceremony, attendees will have an opportunity for photographs.
