Somerset County Office on Aging & Disability Accepting Nominations for 2022 Disability Advocates Awards

SOMERVILLE, NJ – The Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services is accepting nominations for the 2022 Disability Advocates Awards. Residents are asked to nominate individuals from the county, organizations, or businesses that demonstrate exemplary support for persons with disabilities through advocacy, service, and inclusion that supports independence and fosters empowerment. Previous winners and Somerset County employees are not eligible to apply. The deadline for nominations is Monday, Oct. 3.

Nomination Forms

Nominations should be specific and include the name and contact information of the nominator and the nominee.
