Hunterdon Central Regional High School.
Reality TV makes its way to the North Pole for the filming of "The Great North Pole Cookoff". The competition show pits Santa and Mrs. Claus in a heated battle in the Kringle kitchen where YOU are in the live studio audience! Cheer on your favorite, gasp at each unpredictable turn and enjoy the musical undertones as the contestants try to sing their way to the Champion's Table. Will Santa's soufflé rise to the top? How will Mrs. Claus handle the heat of Chanukah favorites? You'll find out in the Hunterdon Choral Alliance's original holiday musical comedy, "The Great North Pole Cookoff"!
But the holiday cheer doesn't end there! The show continues with a concert of holiday favorites sure to lift your spirits, featuring the brilliant new chorus Vocal Synergy, the Hunterdon Central Red Devils Orchestra and, of course, the Hunterdon Harmonizers! As a finishing touch you are invited to join the performers on stage in a massive chorus for the singing of Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus" from "Messiah" - with a full orchestra!
And to fill your holiday spirit, the Alliance will be hosting the Flemington Food Pantry in an effort to fill their cupboards and bring that happy holiday feast to those in our community that are in need.
The Hunterdon Choral Alliance is proud to be supported by the Hunterdon County Cultural & Heritage Commission and New Jersey Arts to make performances like this possible!
