Manville Police Department Deal with Grinch Head on at Headquarters

The Grinch just couldn’t help himself - the always active Manville resident attempted to take over the Manville Police Dept and ended up behind bars.  After a few hours of good behavior, the kind-hearted officers decided he could leave and the Grinch was escorted home.
