Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum Celebrates Succesful Oxtail Festival

The 2023 Oxtail Festival was a success. the museum had a busy amount of attendees, sponsors, and press who made the last Sunday of #BlackHistoryMonth a day to remember. 

Guests enjoyed savory oxtail dishes, a variety of delicious African American, Caribbean, and African-Latin sides, along with specially crafted cocktails.  Over $33,000 was raised in support of SSAAM and its initiatives.
