Norwescap New Jersey Celebrates the 58th year of National Head Start with Families

National Head Start Association celebrated on May 18th the 58th Anniversary of the nationwide launch of the Head Start program, originally championed by Lady Bird Johnson as a way to help break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. Staff, volunteers, and administrators celebrated the six decades.
