BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (February 27, 2024) — In a beloved annual tradition, the Easter Bunny will return to Bridgewater Commons’ Center Court in a special springtime event, Easter Bunny @ The Commons, launching with the Bunny Hop Launch Party on Saturday, March 16 at 11 a.m., followed by a series of special events through Saturday, March 30.

The Bunny’s arrival to a colorful springtime flower field will be accompanied by crafts from Girl Scout Heart of New Jersey, music, face painting, balloon art, stilt walkers and more from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a photo experience beginning at noon and extending through March 30. Families should bring their bunny ears for the kickoff and photo!

“The arrival of the Easter Bunny is another sign of spring, one that we’re excited to help families commemorate with a high-quality photo experience — and don’t worry, if you forget your ears, we’ll be giving them out, too,” said Tom Kovacic, Marketing and Business Development Director at Bridgewater Commons.

The experience also features colorful new scenery offering guests a free whimsical photo opportunity as they enter the line. A garden trellis is blanketed with 1,000 brightly colored silk flowers dripping overhead and blooming on the sides above a garden bench with "Bridgewater Commons" letters on the backdrop green wall, setting the stage for a magical visit with the Easter Bunny.

Photo packages begin at $28.95 for a digital download.

Guests who pose with the Bunny will have their photos delivered instantly to their mobile phones, as well as the option to purchase larger packages that will allow them to print high-quality, frameable pictures on site. Easter-themed merchandise will also be available for purchase.

Reservations for photos are optional Monday through Thursday and can be made online.

Even more important, photo purchases will benefit others, as Bridgewater Commons is donating a portion of sales to Girl Scout Heart of New Jersey, a 501(c)(3) organization.

In addition, Bridgewater Commons is ensuring that four-legged family members can be included in the fun, with special Pet Nights with the Easter Bunny on Wednesday, March 20 and Wednesday, March 27 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Dogs and cats can wear their best bunny ears for photos with the Easter Bunny with reservations to be made online.

Guests looking for even more fun can visit Bunny + Friends, where the Easter Bunny invites her famous friends for a meet + greet, photos, and autographs. On Saturday, March 23, Snow White and Cinderella will join the Bunny from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., while Moana and the Little Mermaid on hand on Saturday, March 30 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Bunny + Friends is free, and purchases are not required.
