Centenary University awarded degrees to 348 graduates including Somerset County residents

June 25, 2024— Centenary University awarded degrees to 348 graduates at its 149th commencement, which was held as three separate in-person ceremonies presided over by President Dale Caldwell, Ed.D., on the University’s Hackettstown campus. Two of the ceremonies recognized graduates who earned associate and undergraduate degrees, while a third event showcased the academic accomplishments of master’s and doctoral graduates.

Graduating from Somerset County were:

Bernardsville—Amanda Magyar, Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling: Addiction Track; Michelle Paster, Master of Arts in Happiness Studies

Branchburg—Macy Conklin, Bachelor of Arts in Education: Liberal Arts, summa cum laude; Puja Shah, Bachelor of Science in Education: Biology, magna cum laude

Bridgewater—Ashley Natale, Bachelor of Arts in Education: Liberal Arts, summa cum laude; Sarah Sconda, Bachelor of Arts in Education: Liberal Arts, summa cum laude

Franklin Park—Florindo Dimarzio, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology: Criminal Justice, magna cum laude

Green Brook— Teresa Kelly, Associate of Science in Equine Science

Hillsborough—Harry Bugal, Master of Arts in Leadership and Public Administration; Isabel Dutta, Bachelor of Arts in Education: Liberal Arts, summa cum laude
