ICYMI - Celebrating Labcorp with Somerset County Leadership and the Somerset County Business Partnership

Somerset County states in its press that 7 years ago on January 28, 2025 with the opening of a new 100,000 square foot addition at Labcorp’s Raritan Borough-based laboratory. Somerset County Deputy Director Melonie Marano, Commissioner Sara Sooy, MBA, and Somerset County Business Partnership CEO Chris Edwards participated in the grand opening celebrations.

 The company serves a third of the American population each year and has worked on over 80% of new drugs approved by the FDA. LabCorp helped develop the A.A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology at RVCC and offers clinical rotations and scholarships to students. LabCorp boosts over 1,300 employees in their Raritan location.
