ICYMI -Rutgers Cooperative Extension (RCE) of Somerset County Community Partner Networking Event

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, Rutgers Cooperative Extension (RCE) of Somerset County held a Community Partner Networking Event at the Ted Blum 4-H Center in Bridgewater, hosted by the Somerset County Family & Community Health Sciences Department (FCHS). 

This event was an opportunity to educate Somerset County community organizations on the programming offered by RCE, and an opportunity to forge working partnerships between community organizations to deliver vital programming and services to the people of Somerset County.

Twenty organizations were in attendance for the event, including Bedminster Township, Bridgewater Senior Center, Empower Somerset, Franklin Library, Literacy Volunteers of Somerset County, Montgomery Health Department, Somerset County Office on Aging & Disability, Richard Hall Community Health & Wellness Center, RWJ Barnabas Health, Somerset County Department of Health, Somerset County Human Services, Somerset County Community Development, Somerset County Library System, Somerset County Parks & Recreation, Somerset County Volunteer Services, Somerset County Youth Services, Somerset-Union County Soil Conservation, Greater Somerset County YMCA, Zufall Health, and Somerset County RCE departments including: Family & Community Health Sciences, Agriculture & Natural Resources, Somerset County 4-H.
