Legal Services of Northwest Jersey is present at every landlord‑tenant court session in Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren counties. If you have a court date, look for their attorneys and trained volunteers when you arrive. They are there to provide legal information, possible representation, and to help eligible tenants understand their rights and options during the eviction process.
