The founder Jack Mannino was a baker by trade in Sicily. He arrived in America in 1967  working as a baker in Brooklyn and even started a pizzeria.  His legacy is passing down his talent and love for flavorful treats to family members has made this location a mandatory weekly stop for many Raritan Neighbors.
