SOMERSET COUNTY 4-H SACH CLUB HOSTS “REDISCOVER YOUR COMMUNITY” EVENT

Congratulations to the Somerset County 4-H/Middle Earth Student Ambassadors for Community Health (SACH) Club on receiving the New Jersey Citizenship in 4-H Youth Development Award from the National Association of 4-H Youth Development Professionals Association! The teen club members created an event called Rediscover Your Community which was designed to bring the community back together after a long, difficult pandemic isolation and destructive flooding from Hurricane Ida. The event encouraged participants to walk around downtown Bound Brook and South Bound Brook while visiting spotlighted small businesses.
