Borough of Somerville and SCLSNJ Issue Joint Statement on Initial Talks to Restore Full Library Services
September 11, 2026 — On September 10, representatives from the Borough of Somerville, the Somerville Library Advisory Board, and the Somerset County Library System (SCLSNJ) met to discuss next steps for restoring full library services in Somerville. It was a productive and collaborative conversation. All in attendance expressed optimism and a commitment to work together on a path forward.
