Flemington’s 1st Food Truck Festival Rolls In with Flavor and Fun
While the beloved Corn, Tomato, and Beer Festival takes a brief hiatus this year due to ongoing construction along Stangl Road, Flemington isn’t letting the summer pass without a celebration of local flavor.
Introducing the First Annual Flemington Food Truck Festival — a brand-new event that promises to bring the same delicious energy and community spirit that made CTB a can’t-miss tradition. Organizers have brought together some of the most popular food trucks from previous years, offering everything from savory pierogi and lobster rolls to fresh empanadas, wood-fired pizza, and the always-anticipated “Corn Hub.”

In addition to the culinary lineup, families can look forward to live music, a DJ, and plenty of free kids’ activities, including face painting, fairy hair, balloon artistry, and a colorful chalk art zone.
Visitors are encouraged to pre-register for a free ticket at
Flemington1stfoodtruckfestival.eventbrite.com,
which also enters them into drawings for shopping giveaways and event t-shirts.
While the Corn, Tomato, and Beer Festival takes a well-earned pause, this new food truck celebration is more than just a placeholder — it’s a flavorful chapter in Flemington’s growing list of destination events. And don’t worry: organizers from Love Flemington say the CTB Festival will return in full in 2026.
In the meantime, this new event hopes to shape up to be a delicious way to keep the foodie tradition alive — food, family, and all.
