ICYMI - Howl-O-Ween in Hillsborough

October 25th was a great morning for the Howl-O-Ween dog parade in Hillsborough, NJ About 30 pets walked the Ann Van Middlesworth parade route to show off their festive attire. Mayor John Ciccarelli and Committeewoman Samantha Hand were on hand to present awards to the winners.
