As teen social media use rapidly rises, with 95% of 13-17-year-olds utilizing the platforms, there is growing concern about the implications of use on adolescent mental health and wellbeing (Pew Research Center). How can adults support their teens to safely engage online? Join the Northeast and Caribbean Mental Health Technology Transfer Center, Community in Crisis, and our esteemed subject expert, Dr. Delaney Ruston, for this webinar. We will examine the challenges and benefits of social media and gain practical strategies to support the youth with whom you work.
