Lahaska,
PA — Peddler’s Village, a countryside shopping, dining, lodging, and
family entertainment destination in the heart of historic Bucks County,
PA, will debut the new year with Fire & Frost Fun
on January 5, 6, 12, and 13, an event that has grown steadily in
popularity since its launch in 2020. This year, the main Friday and
Saturday evening events featuring ice sculptures, fire artistry, ice
carving demonstrations, and a live DJ will be complemented from January
8-11 by weekday Jack Frost scavenger hunts, free evening s’mores, and
Village-wide happy hours. Special overnight packages at the Golden Plough Inn are also available.

Throughout January, Peddler’s Village shops and boutiques will also be presenting post-holiday sales.

Other winter events taking place in 2024 include the new Village of Chocolate
event from February 14-18 that will feature dining events, chocolate
workshops, and a Village-wide Chocolate Trail with prizes as well as a Winter Wedding Show on February 25; PEEPS® in the Village from March 11 to April 14, Celebrate the Green from March 15-17, and monthly comedy shows.

Another
notable event will take place at Peddler’s Village this summer: Bucks
Fever, a longstanding celebration of regional talent including painters,
sculptors, and performers. Formerly produced solely by the Central
Bucks Chamber of Commerce, the Bucks Fever series of events—including an
art and sculpture display, weekend talent show, and afternoon outdoor
concert performances—will this year be presented jointly by Peddler’s
Village and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.

Traditional
events in 2024 will include the Strawberry Festival on May 4 and 5, the
Peach Festival on August 3 and 4, the Scarecrow Festival on September
14 and 15, OctoberFeast on October 12 and 13, and the Apple Festival on
November 2 and 3. Contests and displays will include PEEPS® in the
Village (March 11-April 14), Cupcake Decorating Competition (April
29-May 12), Pet Photography Competition and Display (September 2-October
13), Scarecrows in the Village (September 9-October 27), and
Gingerbread Competition and Display (November 15-January 12, 2025). In
partnership with Bucks
County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and the Bucks
County Audubon Society at Honey Hollow, Peddler’s Village is also
planning to launch in the spring of 2024 a new Birdhouse Competition and
Display; details will be announced soon.
