Raritan Neighbor - Mashell Black, Artist Featured at the Newark Musuem of Art

Governor Phil Murphy is highlighting talented Artists during Black History Month. Resident Mashell Black was recently featured on the Governor's social media pages.

His piece, “Legally Right” – a metaphor for the experience of Black Americans – takes center stage at The Newark Museum of Art.
