SIERRA CLUB ZOOM LECTURE: "Setting the World on Fire: George Washington from Colonel to General," Wednesday, March 27, 2024 – 7:00pm.

As the upcoming celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution,  speaker, Will Krakower, will explore Washington's development as a Colonel and his appointment as Commander-in-Chief of the rag tag Continental Army that became the fighting force that won the American Revolution.

Mr. Krakower has been the historian and site manager of Princeton Battlefield State Park since April 2018. He has spent the last decade working with the New Jersey State Park Service, researching and educating the public about the American Revolution at various sites including Princeton Battlefield, Washington's Crossing, and the Batsto Iron Works. Mr. Krakower received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Master in Public History from Rutgers University. Please RSVP.
