Middle School students Experienced French Tastings

A good taste of French food was enjoyed by the French students at Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School.

The Middle School French teachers, Sara Goldberg, Katherine Capra, and Adrienne Lutz, recently took their 8th-grade French classes to Cafe Paris in Metuchen to enjoy authentic French cuisine.

"Our 8th grade French classes had the authentic experience of enjoying a three-course meal,” Ms. Goldberg said. From French onion soup to homemade chocolate mousse crepes for dessert, students tasted a bit of Parisian life.”

These field trips were facilitated by Ms. Capra, Ms. Goldberg, and Ms. Lutz.
