Somerset County Aging and Disability Services Accepting Nominations for 2024 Disability Advocates Awards

SOMERVILLE, NJ – The Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services is accepting nominations for the 2024 Disability Advocates Awards. The public can nominate Somerset County individuals and organizations that advocate for people with disabilities. The County Commissioners will honor winners on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 6 p.m. at the Board of Commissioners Meeting. The deadline to submit nomination applications is Tuesday, Aug. 27.

Eligibility Requirements
Individuals, non-profit organizations, and businesses must reside in Somerset County or serve County residents or communities while demonstrating exemplary support for persons with disabilities through advocacy, service, and inclusion. Previous winners and County employees are not eligible to apply.

Obtaining Nomination Forms
