ICYMI - May 2025 - Raritan Borough Police List of Arrests
The Raritan Borough Police Department announced the following arrests:
On May 5, 2025, at 12:29 a.m., Jefferson Quinaloa-Santillan, 26, of New York City, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated after a vehicle check on Route 202. A Patrol Officer observed Quinaloa-Santillan slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle as it was parked on the shoulder of Route 202 South prior to North Thompson Street. Quinoloa-Santillan was also charged with driving while suspended, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to have insurance and possession of an open container of alcohol.
On May 10, 2025, at 2:00 a.m., Kelvin Monterrosa-Ralda, 35, of Raritan, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Old York Road. Monterrosa-Ralda was also charged with speeding, an unsafe lane change, possession of an open container of alcohol, a touring privileges violation, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to provide registration, failure to provide insurance and refusal to submit a breath test.
On May 12, 2025, at 1:28 a.m., Ingrid Mejia-Berrera, 23, of Raritan, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on the Somerville Traffic Circle. Mejia-Berrera was also charged with maintenance of lamps, reckless driving, careless, driving and a probationary driving status violation.
On May 12, 2025, a 59-year-old Raritan man was arrested for Burglary and Criminal Mischief as result of a domestic violence incident in Raritan. The male was released pending a court appearance.
On May 12, 2025, a 62-year-old Bridgewater man was arrested for a restraining order violation following a domestic violence incident. The male was lodged in the Somerset County Jail pending a detention hearing.
Note: All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in their respective court.
