Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse Wins Super Gold at 2025 World Cheese Awards

(TRENTON) – Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse, a New Jersey-based farm and creamery, has earned international recognition by winning a Super Gold award at the prestigious 2025 World Cheese Awards for its original Drumm Cheese.

Organized by the UK-based Guild of Fine Food, the World Cheese Awards is the largest cheese competition globally, drawing entries from 46 countries and judged by 265 international experts. This year’s event was held in Bern, Switzerland, as part of the city’s Capital of Cheese Festival. Judges evaluated cheeses based on appearance, aroma, texture, and flavor. Drumm Cheese stood out among thousands, earning a place in the elite Super Gold category.

Bobolink’s Drumm Cheese is a raw-milk, aged cheese known for its aroma, rind, and unique flavor profile. The cheese reflects Bobolink’s use of grass-fed farming practices and artisanal cheesemaking. Earning a Super Gold award places Drumm Cheese among the top cheeses in the world – a prestige honor among many entries. The New Jersey Department of Agriculture is proud of the national recognition of this New Jersey-based dairy.
