Roxey Ballet Returns to TCNJ: A Beloved Holiday Tradition Begins a New Chapter

Roxey Ballet is preparing for a milestone moment this year: after more than five years away, the company’s American Holiday Classic Nutcracker will return to The College of New Jersey’s Kendall Hall Main Stage Theater for the 2026 holiday season. Performances are scheduled for November 28 & 29 and December 4, 5 & 6, marking a highly anticipated homecoming for one of the region’s most cherished traditions.

As Roxey Ballet enters its 31st Season, the return to TCNJ represents far more than a change in venue. It signals a new chapter built on resilience, artistic dedication, and the unwavering support of the community. The company last performed its Nutcracker at TCNJ more than five years ago—before the pandemic and before Hurricane Ida reshaped daily life across the region. In the years since, Roxey Ballet has worked tirelessly to rebuild, expand, and continue delivering professional dance experiences to audiences throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
