Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. has issued a voluntary nationwide recall of select Outshine Fruit Bars after consumer reports indicated the possible presence of glass in certain products. The recall, announced August 18, 2026, affects specific batch codes of five flavors sold in 6‑count boxes — Strawberry, Watermelon, Grape, Tangerine, and Black Cherry — as well as the 24‑count variety pack.
The company emphasized that the action is being taken out of an abundance of caution, and at this time no injuries or illnesses have been reported.

The recall covers dozens of batch codes with “Best Before” dates ranging from May 2027 through November 2027. Consumers can locate batch codes on the bottom of the package.
