Modesto Foundation Celebrates Carlos Medina’s Induction into the 2026 Servant Leader Hall of Fame

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Sept 6th, 2026 — Modesto Foundation is proud to celebrate its Founder and President, Carlos Medina, on his selection as a Servant-Leader Exemplar and honoree of the 2026 Hall of Fame presented by the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.

A Rutgers University graduate and longtime New Jersey business and community leader, Medina is President of Robinson Aerial, Inc., a New Jersey firm specializing in mapping and engineering. He is also an advocate for volunteerism and serves on nonprofit and corporate boards.

Since founding Modesto Foundation in April 2020, Medina has continued his commitment to creating opportunities and supporting communities. His leadership has also extended throughout New Jersey’s Hispanic business community. From 2019 through March 2026, he served as President and CEO of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey, having previously served as Chairman beginning in 2012.

During his tenure, Medina worked to raise awareness and promote diversity in entrepreneurship, regularly engaging with business and community issues through media appearances and public service.

His commitment to leadership and community service has earned him numerous recognitions, including the New Jersey Governor’s Jefferson Awards Community Pillar Award, the LUPE Compadre Award, the Red Bulls Homegrown Hero Award, and the 2025 El Awards presented by El Diario NY. He has also received honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degrees from St. Peter’s University and William Paterson University.

Beyond his business and community leadership. Medina continues his work in media as Executive Producer and Host of Season Seven of ¿Que Pasa NJ?, a series highlighting New Jersey’s diverse Latino communities and voices.

The 2026 Servant Leader Hall of Fame celebration will take place on October 28, 2026, at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.
