Thick, caramelized slices of pork belly arrive lacquered in a sticky glaze, perfectly crisp on the outside and melt‑in‑your‑mouth tender inside. It’s plated over a velvety sweet potato purée, then finished with a bright Brussels sprout and apple slaw and a tangy apple cider vinaigrette that cuts through the richness in all the right ways.
