Petco Love Launches Plush Mystery Charm Adoptable Pet Collection to Celebrate Shelter Pets

National nonprofit organization Petco Love, is launching a new blind box collectible series inspired by adoptable pets - the blind box that gives back! 

The Petco Love Plush Mystery Charm Adoptable Pet collection features six collectible plush pets and two rare mystery pets, with proceeds helping shelter pets find the love they deserve.

The collection is inspired by the personalities of real adoptable pets, bringing to life the goofy, quirky and cuddly qualities that make shelter pets so special. The collection turns the excitement of the blind box craze into an opportunity and bigger purpose: supporting national nonprofit Petco Love's mission to help pet families across the country.

Pet lovers won't know which pet they've "adopted" until they open the box. "There's something magical about adopting a pet. You may not know exactly who you're going to fall in love with, but somehow the right pet has a way of finding you. We wanted to capture that joyful surprise with this collection," said Petco Love Chief Marketing Officer Dana Puglisi. "You don't know which pet you'll discover when you open the box, and each one is completely different and lovable in their own way – just like shelter pets. Best of all, every one you 'adopt' helps us create more life-changing matches for pets in the real world."

Designed for pet lovers, collectors, and gift givers, each box includes a "Gotcha Day!" adoption certificate introducing the collectible pet, along with a QR code to complete the adoption and unlock that pet's story and exclusive content.
