Armahizer received 1,920 votes, while Tozzi earned 809 votes, securing a decisive victory for the Democratic candidate.

The election also marked a strong night for local Democrats, who swept the borough council races. Incumbent Jake Martinez received 1,537 votes, and Heath Hofmeister earned 1,526 votes to claim the two open council seats. Republican candidates Jeff King and Jeff McNally received 1,168 and 1,142 votes, respectively.

Armahizer's victory signals a shift in leadership for the borough as he prepares to take office and guide Raritan through its next chapter. A longtime public servant and community advocate, Armahizer campaigned on bringing new energy and fresh ideas to borough government.

Election results remain unofficial until they are certified by county election officials later this month.
