On 9/3/23 at approximately 11:45 AM, a victim reported their vehicle had been burglarized while parked at Washington Valley Park on Newmans Lane. The victim reported that a credit card had been stolen form a wallet located inside the vehicle. The victim was unsure if the vehicle was locked at the time of the incident.

On 9/4/23 at approximately 12:55 AM, Justin Campos (age 21) of Haskell, NJ was arrested for DWI after a motor vehicle stop on Route 22 east. He was issued the following summonses: DWI, Reckless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane. He was released with a pending court appearance.

On 9/9/23 at approximately 3:50 PM, Emerson Scoggins (age 20) of Lambertville, NJ was stopped for shoplifting at Target, located 200 Promenade Boulevard. Scoggins stole store merchandise valued at $770.10. A complaint summons was completed and he was released with pending court appearance.

On 9/9/23 at approximately 11:42 PM, Peri-Jazmeer Jackson (age 23) of Plainfield, NJ was arrested for DWI after a motor vehicle stop on Route 22 east. She was issued the following summonses: DWI, Careless Driving, and Speeding. She was released with a pending court appearance.

On 9/10/23 at approximately 10:43 AM, Nickolas Vett (age 44) of Kenilworth, NJ was stopped for shoplifting at Target, located 200 Promenade Boulevard. Vett stole store merchandise valued at $388.86. A complaint summons was completed and he was released with pending court appearance.

On 9/11/23 at approximately 12:50 PM, Shripad Naik (age 41) of Monmouth Junction, NJ was stopped for shoplifting at Target, located 200 Promenade Boulevard. Naik stole store merchandise valued at $119.99. A complaint summons was completed and he was released with pending court appearance.

On 9/11/23 at approximately 5:41 PM, Edward Marquez (age 32) of Bound Brook, NJ was stopped for shoplifting at Target, located 200 Promenade Boulevard. Marquez stole store merchandise valued at $479.99. A complaint summons was completed and he was released with pending court appearance.

On 9/11/23 at approximately 1:02 PM, Fidel Zafra Dionicio (age 42) of Raritan, NJ was arrested for DWI after a motor vehicle stop on Route 22 west. He was issued the following summonses: DWI, Careless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane. He was released with a pending court appearance.

On 9/15/23 at approximately 12:06 AM, Michael Caballero (age 47) of Manville, NJ was arrested for DWI after a motor vehicle stop on Route 22 east. He was issued the following summonses: DWI, Careless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane. He was released with a pending court appearance.

On 9/16/23 at approximately 11:40 AM, Krystyna Cebula (age 75) from Bound Brook, NJ was stopped for shoplifting at Marshalls, located at 125 Promenade Boulevard. Cebula used scissors to remove tags from display items and stole store merchandise valued at $276.79. A complaint summons was completed and she was released with a pending court appearance.

On 9/16/23 at approximately 2:28 PM, Elia Reyes-Mendoza (age 45) of New Brunswick, NJ was stopped for shoplifting at Target, located 200 Promenade Boulevard. Reyes-Mendoza stole store merchandise valued at $584.25. A complaint summons was completed and he was released with pending court appearance.
