'Last year, the Raritan Council approved an affordable housing rehabilitation program. As of June 2025, we have 11 active applications in the pipeline: 1 is already in the construction phase, 1 is in the pre-construction phase (with the contractor being finalized), 1 has qualified for the program, 4 applications were terminated for various reasons, and the remaining 4 applications are still active.
This is not a tax-payer funded program. But being funded by a a rehabilitation trust fund funded by non-residential development like those undertaken by LabCorp, J&J etc'
