My dad, Jeff Mencaroni, has spent years with Raritan Public Works, showing up day after day, rain or shine, to help keep our community looking its best. Whether he’s mowing parks, maintaining public spaces, or tackling whatever job needs to be done, he gives it 100% every single day.His work ethic, dedication, and pride in what he does have always inspired me. The beautiful parks and green spaces so many people enjoy don’t happen by accident—they’re the result of hardworking people like my dad who care deeply about their community.
