Big changes are officially underway at Brunswick Square Mall in East Brunswick. Paramount Realty and Edgewood Properties have launched a major redevelopment that will convert the long‑standing enclosed mall into a fresh, open‑air shopping center designed for today’s shoppers.

The project will introduce new storefronts facing Route 18, pedestrian‑friendly walkways, modern architecture, and a mix of national retailers, entertainment venues, and wellness‑focused tenants. Many familiar favorites — including AMC Theatres, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, and several restaurants — will remain on site, moving into updated, right‑sized spaces.

New additions such as Nordstrom Rack, PGA TOUR Superstore, J.Crew, The Picklr, KidStrong, Fun City, and expanded medical services from Hackensack Meridian Health will help create a lively, all‑day destination for families and visitors across Middlesex County.
