Bridgewater-Raritan High School was ranked No. 108 in New Jersey by U.S. News & World Report

Bridgewater-Raritan High School has made a significant jump up in both the state and national rankings among public high schools, according to the newly released annual rankings by U.S. News & World Report

Bridgewater-Raritan High School leaped 36 spots to rank as the state’s 72nd best public high school in New Jersey and improved 835 spots to No. 1,510 nationally. Bridgewater-Raritan High School was ranked No. 108 in New Jersey and No. 2,345 in 2024 the country according to the 2024 rankings.

The U.S. News & World Report performed data on more than 24,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia. A total of 411 New Jersey high schools made the national rankings.

The U.S. News ranked high schools on their performance on state-required tests, graduation, and how well they prepare students for college.

Among the numbers that highlight the accomplishments at Bridgewater-Raritan High School are the graduation rate of 94 percent and the AP participation rate of 53 percent.

Those figures were applied to the final score of 91.56 that Bridgewater-Raritan High School achieved out of 100.
