From Panther to Crusader: Matthew Fattore ’24 Shines at the Next Level

Matthew is a sophomore infielder at Belmont Abbey College, where he made an immediate impact last season for the Crusaders. He posted an impressive .352 batting average, collecting 11 doubles, 2 home runs, and 22 RBIs. Matthew also recorded a .525 on-base percentage and led all of NCAA Division II with 37 hit-by-pitches.

During his time at Bridgewater-Raritan High School, Matthew etched his name into the program’s history as the first player ever to reach 100 career hits. He capped off his high school career with a Second Team All-State selection as a senior.
