Flounder Brewing Unveils “Victory Towns Ale” Honoring Hillsborough’s Revolutionary History

At the April Hillsborough Township Committee meeting, Jeremy Lees of Flounder Brewing joined officials to share an exciting new release: Victory Towns Ale.

This special brew pays tribute to Hillsborough’s place along the historic Washington–Rochambeau Revolutionary Route, a key path used during the American Revolution. The can design proudly features Hillsborough’s location on the route, blending local history with the brewery’s signature creativity.

Victory Towns Ale will be available beginning next week, offering residents a chance to raise a glass to both community and heritage.
