Organizations help clean up the Borough of Manville

Friday, June 7th, American Rivers (a national conservation organization), and Raritan Headwaters Association a local nonprofit watershed association located in Bedminster, partnered to clean up in the Borough of Manville.

Over 70 volunteers from the Verizon Corporation picked up over a ton of trash in a few hours. Volunteers spread out across the Borough and cleaned along roadsides, streams, and railroad tracks. 

Volunteers also walked along Main Street to clean up in the business district.
