This weekend, the stage at the historic Brook Arts Center transforms into a haunting, dreamlike world as the Brook Arts Center Community Players Alumni present Alice by Heart — a bold and emotionally rich re-imagining of Alice in Wonderland.

Set in the shadows of wartime London, Alice by Heart explores the blurred lines between fantasy and reality, inviting audiences to follow Alice not just down the rabbit hole, but into the depths of memory, identity, and love. With a powerful book by Steven Sater and Jessie Nelson, and music by Duncan Sheik (of Spring Awakening fame), this unique musical offers a story both timeless and timely.
