MANVILLE, NJ — Following official approval at last night’s Board of Education meeting on May 13, the Manville School District is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Luke Weisenbach as the new Principal of Roosevelt School. Mr. Weisenbach is scheduled to begin his leadership tenure on July 1, 2026.
A dedicated lifelong educator and resident of Somerset County, Mr. Weisenbach joins the Manville family with a wealth of experience and a deep-seated commitment to student growth. His leadership philosophy is built upon a "takes a village" mindset, emphasizing that collaboration between educators, families, and the community is essential for student success.
Mr. Weisenbach’s vision for Roosevelt School focuses on three primary pillars: academic excellence through data-driven learning, the cultivation of a positive and inclusive school culture, and the maintenance of transparent, open communication. He is particularly passionate about strengthening school-wide kindness initiatives, ensuring that every student feels valued, empowered, and safe.
