This distinguished honor represents the third and highest individual level of board member certification available in New Jersey.

The MBM designation reflects a deep commitment to excellence in governance, continual professional development, and leadership in public education. To achieve this elite certification, board members must complete a rigorous set of requirements that includes earning 40 cumulative Board Member Academy credits through professional training, participating in multiple county meetings and statewide NJSBA Delegate Assemblies, and demonstrating a comprehensive mastery of board responsibilities through a formal examination or portfolio submission.

"Mrs. Lukac’s achievement highlights her profound dedication to continual learning and effective governance," said Dr. Maroun, Superintendent. "This certification ensures our board continues to serve our community with the highest standard of expertise."

Mrs. Lukac has been a dedicated advocate for Manville public education, consistently prioritizing the needs of students and working to ensure an environment of academic excellence and effective policy. Her successful completion of the Master Board Member program reinforces the strong foundation of leadership within the Manville School District.

The community and the district extend their warmest congratulations to Mrs. Lukac on this significant professional milestone.
