MANVILLE, NJ – Manville High School is proud to announce it has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Sustainable Jersey Grant, funded by the PSEG Foundation. The school was awarded $10,000 during an official ceremony held on Monday, June 15, 2026, at The College of New Jersey.
The grant is part of the PSEG Foundation’s recent $240,000 contribution to the Sustainable Jersey Grants Program. To date, the PSEG Foundation has provided $3.9 million in total funding to support local sustainability initiatives in municipalities and schools throughout the state. This ongoing support stands as a premier example of how public and private partnerships can effectively foster grassroots efforts to enhance the quality of life for New Jersey residents.
Manville High School will utilize the $10,000 funding to implement practical, innovative sustainability projects. These efforts will help the school earn necessary points toward Sustainable Jersey certification while making measurable contributions toward the long-term goal of a sustainable community.
The Sustainable Jersey Grants Program is an essential benefit for participating New Jersey communities, offering the financial resources required to turn environmental visions into reality and providing scalable models for the rest of the state.
