This special pop-up class is for you, designed for small groups of one parent or care-giver with up to 2 kids, ages 4-12.

Spend time on your mat in a Family Flow where we will build shapes together in individual and partner poses.

We will take the poses we create on the mat, off the mat, in a creative drawing that will incorporate breath awareness, mindfulness and fun!

*Space is limited-when you sign up, register 1 adult and that will secure your space for a family up to 3*
