The Zen Den “Zen Den” A Safe Space to Decompress at RWJ Somerset

The concept of a “Zen Den” or safe space to decompress at RWJ Somerset, originated as an idea from the Nursing Workplace Environment & Staffing Council (NWESC). 

The press notice mentioned, "Thank you to our staff for coming to work every day committed to doing the best for our patients! Let's enjoy this new space together!"
