Raritan Borough is forming a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)

Raritan Borough is forming a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). The CERT team is a group of resident volunteers who will become trained in community preparedness, basic disaster response, CPR, first aid, and fire safety, among many other skills. This group will attend regular training and be called upon in an emergency to assist in various ways.
