Il Forno A Legna's Grand Opening with Mayor Nick Carra, Council Members and Raritan Recreation
As Raritan grows with more residents finding their favorite and out-of-towners looking for the latest casual and fine dining in Central New Jersey, owners of Il Forno A Legna on Main Street- celebrate with an official grand opening with live music. The restaurant is already busy with diners listing on Facebook rave reviews about their wood oven pizza, salads, and other menu that are becoming fast foodie favorites. This is the third location for the owners with Raritan being one of the busiest.
Mayor Nick Carra and council members Joyce Melitsky, Dave Fritzinger, Don Tozzi, Mike Patente, and Eric Covin, Raritan Borough Administrator / Borough Clerk were in attendance. Andy Siblia, Raritan Recreation Director stopped as well. Dr. Mike Manginelli and a few Raritan business owners shared their support and met the owners of the establishment.
