Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office: Fugitive of the Month

CIPRIANO DIAZ is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for one count of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault on a Victim under the age of Thirteen (13) years of age-2C:14-2B and one count of 2nd Degree Endangering the Welfare of Children-2C:24-4A(1) all in which occurred between the dates of January 1, 2018 to March 25, 2022 in Franklin Township (Somerset County) NJ. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of this individual should contact the Somerset County Proseccutor’s Office Fugitive Unit.
