The Raritan Borough Environmental Commission is hosting a rain barrel workshop under the pavilion at Frelinghuysen Park on Saturday, May 3, 10am-12pm. Raritan residents can receive a free barrel and conversion kit to collect rainwater for watering their gardens and plantings on their own properties. Environmental Commission members will be on hand to help participants install the conversion kit and provide advice on completing the installation process at their homes.
