Recycle Adult Bikes for People To Get to Work

The Environmental Commission is partnering with RideWise and Pops Bike Shop to provide refurbished bicycles to adults who need transportation for work. Bike donations will be accepted at the Earth Day bike drive on April 20 and April 22. Drop-off locations and times are listed below.

The Department of Public Works will help transport donated bikes to Pops Bike Shop for repairs. RideWise will distribute the refurbished bikes to Somerset County residents who need reliable transportation for work.

Bike drive locations

Please drop off gently-used adult bikes. There is a need for large-frame bikes for people 5’9 and taller.
