ICYMI - Somerset County Police Officers Host Taiwan Police Officers This Week

A delegation of Taiwanese law enforcement officers visited the Somerset County Sheriff's Office this week. A meeting was held with Sheriff Darrin J. Russo, Commissioner Director Shanel Robinson, and Commissioner Deputy. Director Sara Sooy and members of our agency to learn how officers protect Somerset County.

In this meeting, Taiwanese Police Officers observed how the Somerset County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit uses dogs to deter and apprehend crime, as well as rescue missing or sick people.
